Ionel (pronounced Yo Nell) has lived his entire life in the Romanian Orphan System.
He currently lives in a state facility although he aged out of the system and could be turned out on the streets without notice. Ionel can fix almost anything and desires to enroll in an automotive repair training course. Completing this training would allow him to secure a job in that field and a way for him to be self-sustaining.
