The Orphan Act Center of Hope...Health and Education Center
The Orphan Act Center of Hope is a Major Matching Grant Qualified Project.
The center will provide much needed services and life skill training to those aging out of the orphanage and foster care system in Romania.
The land and buildings have been set asided by the Romanian Goverment for Child Protection Services.
